The Community and Commerce Enhancement Foundation (CCEF) was created by David Biagini and approved by the Internal Revenue Service in 2006 as a 501c3 organization that exists for community promotion, prevention of community deterioration, and attraction and retention of businesses and industries for the 501c6 business organizations managed by FirsTEAManagement (FTM), which currently include four organizations in three communities in Essex County, New Jersey. The CCEF conducts fund-raising and membership benefit programs for FTM-managed organizations and the general business community. For more information, call FTM at (228) 324-5041.
CCEF AWARDED 2024 ESSEX COUNTY LOCAL ARTS PROGRAM GRANT
The Community and Commerce Enhancement Foundation (CCEF) has been awarded a 2024 Essex County Local Arts Program grant in the amount of $7208.00 to help three FirsTEAManagement (FTM) clients in Essex County.

The grant award letter below confirms the CCEF's grant application to assist mural art projects to beautify and combat graffiti in the Camptown Business Improvement District (CBID) and the Irvington Springfield Avenue Business Improvement District (ISABID) in Irvington, as well as the Chamber of Commerce of the Oranges (CCO).

This grant is the third awarded to the CCEF in 2023 for FTM client organizations totaling more than $30,000.

INVESTORS FOUNDATION AWARDS CCEF WITH $2000 GRANT
Investors Foundation, the charitable foundation of Investors Bank, has awarded the CCEF a $2000 grant for the following activities:
- awards dinners to be conducted by the McGinley Square Partnership (Jersey City), the Greater Plainfield Business & Professional Association; and the Business & Professional Association of the Oranges;
- entertainment and marketing for sidewalk sales conducted by the Orange Chamber of Commerce and Irvington Springfield Avenue Business Improvement District; and
- sponsorship of a gateway Welcome sign/flower box in the Camptown Business Improvement District in Irvington.
In addition, Investors Foundation awarded the Irvington Chamber of Commerce Foundation a $2000 grant for scholarships to Irvington High School students.
The CCEF thanks Investors Foundation for its second consecutive year of grant awards and its on-going support of our activities to improve the quality of life in our urban business districts.
2018 CCEF "BBQ, BASEBALL & FIREWORKS NIGHT" -
JULY 13, 2018

The 7th Annual CCEF "BBQ, Baseball & Fireworks Night" on July 13, 2018, attracted more than 70 patrons who enjoyed a picnic, Somerset Patriots-Lancaster Barnstormers professional baseball game, and awesome fireworks. Thanks to ConnectOne Bank for donation of the gift basket door prize won by Omar Grijalva, service manager at O'Gorman Motors in Irvington.
The CCEF also thanks Manufacturers Reserve Supply and O'Gorman Motors who made our event an "employees' night" at their companies.

PAST CCEF "BASEBALL & FIREWORKS" EVENTS
A CCEF group of 73 people enjoyed an evening of Atlantic League baseball and fireworks at the Somerset Patriots-Camden Riversharks game at beautiful TD Bank Park in Bridgewater, NJ.
Dr. Thomas Panitch donated a Kindle Fire HD7 door prize that was won by an employee of O'Gorman Motors.
